We spent the day riding our bikes along the beach, and surrounding neighborhoods. This was the first area we saw homes on stilts. Large, beautiful homes on stilts which was something we had never seen before. After a nice ride along the bay, we headed over to the Silver Slipper Casino. Peter learned that craps tables are much longer in Mississippi and we spent some time walking around. 

For dinner, we went to a local hangout called Roger’s Sports Bar & Grill. We order Boudin, Crabs Cakes, and. Roger then learned we had never had crawfish and he brought some out and taught us how to eat them. They were fantastic! We met some locals and played some pool before heading back to Lousianna.
